This guide provides concurrent enrollment instructors with resources to teach their ENGL 1010 and ENGL 2010 classes about library resources and research skills. The home page introduces UVU's Fulton Library, our online materials, and a recording of our Concurrent Enrollment Instructors Workshop and downloadable slides.
The Class Materials page offers instruction materials to teach library research, including a lesson plan, presentation, and activities. Instructors are welcome to use and adapt these materials as needed.
This guide also includes links to additional digital learning materials that instructors can incorporate into their lessons, including tutorials and Canvas modules. The Citations page also includes tools to help students correctly cite sources in APA or MLA format.
For more information about library resources and services available to concurrent enrollment students, please contact the librarians listed in this guide. We are happy to work with you to support your students' needs!
