The library subscribes to many library databases on your behalf. You can find newspapers, magazines, scholarly peer-reviewed journal articles, and reports. OneSearch, on the library's homepage search, searches many of these databases, but not all of them. You will want to become familiar with some of the other business databases. On the library homepage click on the databases link to see all of the databases, then click the "Narrow by Subject" drop-down menu and select "business & marketing". This only shows business databases. (If there is a OneSearch icon next to a database, then that one is included in the library homepage search.)
These first two databases are recommended for your individual research assignment. Inside them, you will find peer-reviewed, magazine, and newspaper articles about different cultures around the world. These databases have a citation generator that will give you the APA citations for your references page. Be sure to proofread any citations the databases provide.

If you can't access the full text of an article using any of the resources on this page, use Interlibrary Loan to request the article. We'll locate another library that has the article and get you a PDF copy for free; this typically takes 2-3 business days. UVU students and employees should never pay for articles—the library has you covered!
