Welcome!

This guide is a collaboration with UVU's Women's Success Center and includes a collection of books and videos to help you learn about and celebrate women's history, including the fight for women's right to vote, an introduction to feminist theory, literature written by and about women, and women in the workforce, politics, STEM fields, and the arts.

The library offers many more books, videos, and scholarly resources to help you learn about women's rights, struggles, and successes. Use the Library Help features in this guide to contact a librarian for assistance finding more items on this topic.

Utah Women’s Walk—Honoring the Women of Utah
The library's digital collection Utah Women’s Walk—Honoring the Women of Utah features prominent women in Utah—both from history and those currently living—including biographies and oral history interviews of women educators, politicians, philanthropists, artists, businesswomen, and more. Many of the interviewees were chosen by UVU students, who also conducted the oral history interviews!
