If a proposed new academic program requires an assessment of library resources as part of the R401 process, subject librarians can complete that analysis. This analysis generally includes:
- Total number of books (print and online) and journals in the designated subject area.
- List of databases in the designated subject area that the Fulton Library currently subscribes to.
- List of databases and other resources the library may need to purchase to support the program's curriculum, depending on accreditation requirements and other factors.
